Cannot Print From Outlook 2010
All of the others are fine but on this brand new Dell Optiplex 980 only Office outlook will not print 2010 cannot print. I can print to the same printer from notepad or Adobe Reader printing a PDF is fine. It is only Office 2010 outlprnt location that is having the problem. When trying to print from Outlook the user sees this error: There was an error when printing started. To check the printer setup, double-click the Printers icon in Windows Control Panel. I have removed and reinstalled http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msoffice_outlook-mso_other/printer-will-not-print-emails-from-outlook-2010/7f7586de-c45c-4290-abc1-97cb6a3b5801 the printer and did the same with Office 2010 but no change. The MATS utility (Microsoft Automated Troubleshooting Service) found nothing wrong. Any ideas? Reply Subscribe RELATED TOPICS: I have a group for non Office 2010 PC's, but not working. Printer properties all look fine and as I noted printing is fine outside of Office - notepad and Adobe Reader print fine. Printer Self Test is ok too. The printer was added both by browsing to \\servername and double clicking on the printer AND by "Add a printer" button in Devices and Printers.
