Go to the print menu and select "Memo Style" under the Page Setup header. From there select the Paper tab and change it from custom to A4 then click on apply. That did the trick Hope it helps you. I've also repaired and reinstalled office a few times too. The user is using windows 7 x64 on a hardwired laptop into our network. Just next door to the printer. The printer is a Xerox 4112. We've wiped the office 2010 user's PC once already and it still pops ups every so often. I've heard reports of people seeing it randomly as well here and there. I created another instance of the same printer on the server using the PCL6 driver (rather than the PS driver) and shared it out to the users. Everyone can now print their messages from Outlook 2013.
