Dism Error 1910
My apologies if this is an old subject. I have NIS 2005 installed in Windows ME. I keep getting 5004,183 error message about intrusion detection. Intrusion detection is not functional. Any ideas how to solve this one?Somewhere I saw someone ask if another person had IDSSettg.dat found in the C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec bigfix exit codes Shared\IDS folder. I don't have that file anywhere on the drive.Another question to that person: Do you have a directory called C:\Program Files\Common files\Symantec Shared\symcdata\ids-diskless. I do no have the symcdata folder anywhere on my drive. · actions · 2005-Oct-13 4:31 pm · SvSjoin:2001-04-15Germany SvS Member 2005-Oct-13 5:00 pm This error is documented in the Symantec Knowledge Base and can be fixed automatically (there is a "Fix this for me" button in the article).
