This file is created upon any errors by the IIS user IUSR_ftpuser that doesn’t have write permission to the root of the system drive on Plesk servers. Therefore server administrator should create this file manually and grant Modify+Read+Read&Execute+Write permissions to psacln group. All IUSR_ users on Plesk server are included in this group. When FrontPage is used to create a website with forms on it and this is transferred to a server using FTP, frontpage error the directory paths are incorrectly pointed. FrontPage's publishing feature must index the Web pages which are to be published. When transferred by FTP these associations are corrupted and the result frontpage error and is that forms cease working. Solution: If you run into an error where forms which were created in FrontPage and which worked on a different server do not work on your current server, please follow these instructions. (Please note that this assumes you have run "vaddvhost" on the new server for the domain in question and that you have installed FrontPage extensions.) First, download the website to your local computer from the old server using FrontPage. Second, upload the website to your new server using FrontPage.
