I ran diagnostics and I got error code 2000-0142. I have a Dell Inspiron E1505. Upon looking up this code all I have found is that the harddrive failed. Is this true? It is a new hdd, and nothing happened to it, or the last one for that matter. Could something internally be causing my harddrives to fail?
