Your PHILIPS tv is probably not HDCP compatible which is why you are getting the "HDCP" error message. You can try hooking up your PHILIPS 5960 DVD PLAYER via component cables to see if you get that HDCP error. Please post the exact model number of your LCD TV. I get the "HDCP Unauthorised Content Disabled" screen EVERY TIME I turn my TV off and on again. EVERY TIME. I have to get up and take out the HDMI EVERY TIME to get the video to show. I can hear but not see it. Technical support has been no help so far... I'm wondering if I should have gotten an Apple TV, it's so frustrating. Everything else has been working...I can't be the only one to have this problem? I'm using a Phillips 720P TV, and I have tried SEVERAL HDMI cords. Same result every time, except once when I got video with no audio [but I might have done something different then]. Help! Thanks.
