Interactual Player is on some DVD's it is a DVD playback software and usually comes up when you first put the DVD in, it has a big blue screen and says Interactual Player do you want to install. 2.0: "Error PL4007: InterActual Player is unable to initialize your DVD decoder for playback." Yet I have the recommended WinDVD installed. I also interactual player wont play dvd have PowerDVD installed, so I should have a decoder. I reinstalled both interactual player windows 8 InterActual and WinDVD to no avail. The only reason I'm trying to use it is to get the license

Some DVD utility programs seem to install their own custom decoders for their purposes which confuses InterActualPlayer. In my case the culprit turned out to be DVDDecrypter. After uninstalling and cleaning the registry from any references to that piece of software, InterActualPlayer worked again. Hope that helps.
