HELP!!! CANNOT INITIALIZE DVD DECODER? Interactual Player Error Pl4013
DVD playback software and usually comes up when you first put the DVD in, it has a big blue screen and says Interactual Player do you want to install. I hardly ever use my computer for dvd playing. These programs both came on my computer. An hp pavillion. I did upgrade the graphics card a few months back to a geforce fx 5700le Do I need a new dvd program or decoder? I can get the intervideo DVDXpack for $15. Is this what I need? Or should I get something else? I don't want anything fancy. Just play the dvd's and occasionally do a screen grab.
