An unknown error occurred (13019).' How can I fix this? I want to be able to play my music through my computer without that error box coming up, and I can't restore it or properly sync it or anything because a lot of the music on it isn't from my iTunes (it's from my brother's who doesn't live here anymore), so I'd end up losing a lot of my favourite music. So is there any way I can sort it out without having to wipe the iPod? Thanks in advance! x Follow 3 answers 3 Report Abuse Are you sure you want to delete this answer?
