(13019)" When I connect my iPod touch to iTunes there are several songs and videos that are apparently on my iPod (it says they're on the device). Then when I go on my iPod, they aren't there. I tried syncing but everytime I try to do so it says "Cannot be synced. An unknown error has occured. (13019)" I've tried restarting my computer, restarting the iPod, using a different computer, everything. Oh, and I put 96 new songs onto the iPod via iTunes successfully last night. This issue can be resolved by following these steps:Select the device name in iTunes under Devices.Click the Music tab and under the Sync music option, choose Selected playlists.Deselect the Voice Memos playlist.Click Apply and then click Sync.If the above steps do not resolve the issue, check the device and the iTunes library for duplicate voice memos.
