An error message will be displayed every time I try to sync. Please refer below the screen shot I pasted. The iPod “Jumal’s iPod” cannot be synced. An unknown error occurred (13010). What I did first, after I got the error message is, to restart my computer to get a fresh start. When I tried to sync again my IPod with ITunes, same error occurred. I even borrowed another cable to isolate the problem, but same error occurred. I already ran out of ideas to isolate the problem. Please do some comment on my issue, Thanks. Hey, Try running a disk check on the iPod using the tools provided by Windows.1. Plug in your iPod and close iTunes.2. Go to "My Computer". Click on the ipod cannot be iPod drive once. Go to File, and then click Properties.3. Go to the Tools tab. Under "Error Checking", click Check Now.4. Check both boxes. One says "Automatically fix file system errors" and the other says "Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors". Place a check mark next to each of these options and hit Start. The scan may take several minutes or more to complete, but once it has, go ahead and restart iTunes, and try re-syncing files to your iPod.Others have had luck with the solution provided in this Apple support document. It does say error 50 but may apply to your situation as well. It's worth a shot.http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1539Hope this helps :-) Posted on May 28, 2010 Helpful 5 Not Helpful 1 Comment Flag Alyenny Castillo Mar 04, 2014 Yes but the trick is to restore a lot of times the ipod amd understand that it doesnt have the ability to run so faster as the new models, but by otherside it works great.
