Solution: Solution This error can occur if more than one printer shares the same port name (for example, LPT1) through a cable splitter or a switchbox. How large is the image that's attached? Add the 2 together. If you available memory either on your workstation or plotter is less than that, I'd say that's the problem. I've always had issues when printing large .pdf files to our little HP8500. I haven't had our large format plotter run out of memory though. Just a guess.
