Troubleshooting:Status code 155 is caused by full disk condition. can't find a proper description from support.veritas.com.Only one drive of this server causes the problem. It's a Citrix XP Terminal Server running Windows 2000 SP3. The drives does not contain the OS and is only 50% full.TIR and VSP are enabled in he policy. The initial size of the VSP cache file is 400MB no upper limit. I already checked the access rights of this volume. All I am wondering is why! The disk where the backup failed do not contain so many open files, so it could blow the limit of the disk (6GB files / 8 GB free). netbackup error But it's working again. Set the VSP_Error_Control to 2 so it tries again....and enable the bpbkar logs. In the bpbkar log you will see where the cache file is located and its name. Run a backup and see if it helps. VSP has its own log too "ssm"...you may need to enable that if the backup still fails.
