Close Sign In Print Article Products Article Languages Subscribe to this Article Manage your Subscriptions Problem - the catalog backup is running fine on tape- only having issue backing on the disk (basic disk)- The disk was on master server- Master server on Microsoft cluster- 2 node - The catalog backup was failing with error code 213STATUS CODE: 213 "No storage units available for use" Solution - the catalog backup is running fine on tape- only having issue backing on the disk (Basic disk)- The disk was on master server- master server on Microsoft cluster- 2 node - The catalog backup was failing with error code 213STATUS CODE: 213 "No storage units available for use"- Deleted the Storage unit and recreated it and ran the backup still same issue- In the STU change the media server name to cluster and even tried with both the 2 nodes and ran the backup still it failed.- requested to failover to primary node and check the backup status - host file entry looks good on both the nodes- failover to the primary node and tested the backup

Attempting to runa manual backup triggers this error.
