If there is any misunderstanding, please feel free to correct me. According to my research, the issue may cause by a cached profile of Previous Outlook 2007, you probably not re-create a new profile after reinstalling Office 2003. At this time, please remove the current profile and build a new profile to check result. The program is not correctly installed. Run Setup again for the program. Running Setup again does not fix the problem. http://xenomorph.net/windows/issues/outlook-2003-an-ole-registration-error-occurred/ If this happen to you, you may want to try this: - On the Send/Receive button, click the down arrow to get a menu. - Go to Send/Receive Settings, then Uncheck Make This Folder Available Offline - Go back to Send/Receive Settings, and Check Make This Folder Available Offline again. After I did that, the Send/Receive button worked again. However, Word is unavailable, not installed, or is not the same version as Outlook. The Outlook e-mail editor will be used instead. An OLE registration error occurred. To fix: Close all office applications and go to Start menu, Run (or use Windows key + R) and type (or copy and paste) Regsvr32 ole32.dll Press Enter or click OK to restart Outlook.
