When it doesn't work it will print a page with the following information: PCL XL error Subsystem: IMAGE Error: ExtraData Operator: ReadImage Position: always different The following is the other error I have seen: PCL XL error Subsystem: KERNEL Error: IllegalTag Operator: 0xf7 Position: 1813 I have checked the jetdirect card that is installed (it's a 620n), and the network cable from the wall to the printer (I don't think it's a network issue since it's not constant). Any suggestions would be appreciated. I take it for granted that I can get the drivers from the HP site.
