user who is running Windows 7 32 bit edition is sending files to print (using the secure print function) - the system is reporting they have spooled fine to the printer - but when they go and release the document they are getting (more often than not) about 16 out of 21 pages (for example) and then a PCL XL Error (Subsystem: Text, InternalError 0x50, Operator: Text, Position: 8564). I have another document that 9 times out of ten will actually crash the WorkCentre completely and cause it to reboot mid way through printing. The driver we are using is the latest: "Xerox WorkCentre 7655 rev 2.0 PCL6"As mentioned the user is running Windows 7 - the printer is shared from a Windows 2003 Server which has the same version of the driver.Any suggestions from anyone?Kind regards,Luke Solved! When trying to print a 12 page booklet using Microsoft Publishing, I keep getting a single sheet out from the printer with an error message. I have successfully printed the booklet out onto a Canon printer already but this means printing out the odd pages first then reloading them manually and printing out the even pages. Sometimes there were problems doing this if I was trying to do more than one copy of the booklet. If I can solve the problem with the Kyocera it should complete the whole booklet automatically. Does anyone know what might be going wrong. I think that I am setting it up correctly in the print layout so my thoughts are that it is an issue with the printer itself. Also, the Kyocera printer prints out okay when printing double sided from word. 12:58 Thu 05th Jan 2012 Subscribe Report lapyop trouble Neon Android Black and Chrome Mobile Phone Best AnswerNo best answer has yet been selected by styley.
