Printing Issues   5 Replies Tabasco OP IPX Dave Jan 20, 2014 https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/433562-erratic-printing-and-spooler-issues at 8:12 UTC Illegal media size would mean he's trying to use the incorrect size paper when he is printing...maybe he's stuck on a photo or envelope size or something like that. It can also be linked with incorrect driver / print server versions....make sure you are going from 32-32 or 64-64bit, mixing the two is bad joojoo. I would say it's probably the drivers for the printer that he has on his computer..update those for sure and check to make sure everything is in sync. 1 Thai Pepper OP VericomITguy Jan 20, 2014 at 8:16 UTC Could definitely be a driver issue especially since it only affects that one machine. I would download the most up-to-date driver for your OS and then remove that printer and re-install. Doing this should put all settings back to default. 1 Ghost Chili OP Sid Phiilips Jan 20, 2014 at 10:28 UTC Probably is a driver. I've had things like this happen when the end user accidentally prints to one of those wierd drivers Office installs. Sorry, I can't remember the name of it off the top of my head. 0 Jalapeno OP Kalador Jan 20, 2014 at 11:14 UTC Remove the printer from the machine, stop the spooler service, delete the appropriate printer from registry (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/102966 for locations).

You probably need to "complete the merge" - in Word 2002/2003 go to the very last step in the Mail Merge Wizard task pane and either "Print...", or "Edit Individual Labels", which creates an output document which you can then print. At the moment I would guess that you are pcl xl "previewing the labels" and using File|Print to try to print them. Peter Jamieson "David Fahrmann"
