Bill Hays 1 Answer Edit Answer (for another 9 minutes) Hi,the printout is a processing error of your PCL XL (PCL6) printer driver. The reason can vary from file to file.Often it's a lack within pcl xl error input read error kyocera the PDF structure the driver cannot handle properly. The most common workaround it to activate the "Print as Image" checkbox in the Advanced Settings of the print dialog of your Adobe Reader or Acrobat. This may cause a slower printout and larger spool file.Another option would be the usage of a PostScript (PS) driver for your printer. A user who is running Windows 7 32 bit edition is sending files to print (using the pcl xl error secure print function) - the system is reporting they have spooled fine to the printer - but when they go and release the document they are getting (more often than not) about 16 out of 21 pages (for example) and then a PCL XL Error (Subsystem: Text, InternalError 0x50, Operator: Text, Position: 8564). I have another document that 9 times out of ten will actually crash the WorkCentre completely and cause it to reboot mid way through printing. The driver we are using is the latest: "Xerox WorkCentre 7655 rev 2.0 PCL6"As mentioned the user is running Windows 7 - the printer is shared from a Windows 2003 Server which has the same version of the driver.Any suggestions from anyone?Kind regards,Luke Solved!
