I normally see that problem with the PCL6 version driver and installing the PCL5e driver has always taken care of any issues, so I'm surprised that you still had the problem with the PCL5. I also saw that someone with the same problem was able to use a Generic PCL6 driver, not the CLJ3600 driver, to fix their problem. Try completely removing and deleting all the drivers you have now and start fresh, one at a time. This might also be an available memory issue on your computer to process the image. I would recommen

Slightly larger print job file sizes but generally better print quality and better compatibility if you have a printer being a bit thick with PCL.
