It just means that something canceled or disconnected when the download was in progress. update this qb to the latest version. All catagories updated except Maintenance Releases. It is a large file. I keep getting http://www.errbay.com/?r=MSFT-SQL-2008&c=Error+15101 error #15101. The server responded to the other updates, just not this one? I have tried it several times. I quickbooks error click the "Stop Updates" button and a box pops up that says, "Server Busy This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose ‘Switch To' to activate the busy program and correct the problem. What do I switch quickbooks error 15311 to? I'm not a multi-user. The retry button doesn't work either.
