I called for activation from my mobile phone only to get the activated voice machine tell me 'something went wrong' and hung up on me, and this was AFTER I entered the new sim number and also the service number for my mobile brandband device. I then used my husband's computer ...logged into my account to activate the SIM and followed all the promts as stated in the letter I received with the SIM.To my horror, shortly afterwards my mobile phone stopped working with a notice saying, "No Service - Selected network (YES OPTUS) unavailable".
