Nothing worked for me, although I have resolved the issue many of you will have no use of this post. All I can say is don't waste a week of your life tapping retry, PLEASE CHECK AVAILABLE MEMORY ON YOUR IPOD! The tap-to-pause probably doesn't work if the memory's the issue.Something else I tried that worked: I repurchased the song. iTunes brought up the "You already purchased this" popup, and when I went back into Downloads it downloaded successfully.
