BKH90 Mar 20, 2014 9:42 PM Currently Being Moderated I have received MIP: 131, MIP: 104 and MIP: 129 - No one can tell my why! I called customer service and the told me to hold on while he "googled it" then told me there was nothing he could do because he had no idea how to assist the problem. My friend has the S4 through TMobile and has had nooo problems. So must only be a Sprint issue. Think my phone stopped an app from loading. Long list of results shown.???seanr Aug 28, 2014 1:42 PMCorrect AnswerA MIP error is a standard error you get when your phone is unable to authenticate with the tower. here are steps to try:1. Turn off and back on the phone. This is the most common fix.2. Update the Preferred Roaming List (PRL) this issue can happen on native Sprint, but most commonly happens while roaming.See the reply in contextNo one else had this questionMark as assumed answeredOutcomesVisibility: Discussions1661 ViewsLast modified on Aug 28, 2014 1:39 PMThis content has been marked as final.
