this issue and couldn't find anything, so just posting it with answer for others. Open Java Setting Click the Settings button under "Temporary unable to launch the application java 6 Internet Files" on the General tab. Make sure the check box "Keep temporary files on my computer" is marked. Change your internet settings so that it will let you store temporary files and cookies and whatever else.
