it keeps failing on the Client Access Role prerequisites, and Mailbox Role prerequisites with the following 2 errors: Unable to read data from the Metabase. Ensure that Microsoft Internet Information Services is installed. Unable to access the 'Default Web Site' on this computer. I have checked in Server Manager
Installing Exchange 2010 On Server 2012 R2
and IIS is definitely installed. I opened the IIS Manager, and from there I *can* browse to the Default Web site. For the 1st message, there is a link to http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa997645.aspx, but that site doesn't contain any useful information for Exchange 2010. For the 2nd message, there is a link to http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa997698.aspx, but I tried that and still get the same error. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks James.
