Thread Status: Not open for further replies. Advertisement mainfloorguy Thread Starter Joined: Jul 23, 2010 Messages: 2 A few days ago I began to receive the above noted error message. The system locked up, more or less, until this message would appear after about 15 minutes. I have a Dell XPS M1530 with Windows Vista Business, SP2. I do not use bluetooth connectivity between my laptop and external devices. To resolve this error, I did the following: Start --> Programs --> Dell Quickset --> Radio Control Options Click "Advanced Settings" button Click "Radio Control Options" Tab Unselect "Bluetooth" OK --> OK Click Bluetooth Taskbar Icon --> Disable Bluetooth Devices I hope this helps because I could not find anything on the Internet with this solution. Hours on the phone with Dell proved, unsurprisingly, to be a waste of time. mainfloorguy, Jul 23, 2010 #1 JohnWill Retired Moderator Joined: Oct 19, 2002 Messages: 106,414 What was the solution?
