Mapiexceptioncallfailed Unable To Mount Database Exchange 2007
There seems to be no pattern to the problem - there are no scheduled events that could be the cause. It has 1GB of memory and a hard drive that is around 30% full. It worked fine in XP - the problem came when I wiped and installed Windows 7. unable to mount database exchange 2013 There are three very persistent errors in the Event Log. I have Googled all three with no success at all. I've posted the three separately here, on the basis they are different errors and someone may recognise one and know a fix. The error message from the most recent occurence is: ______________________________________________________ Log Name: Application Source: Microsoft-Windows-CEIP Date: 28/01/2010 11:26:33 Event ID: 1008 Task Category: None Level: Error Keywords: Classic User: N/A Computer: Keith-Laptop Description: A problem prevented Customer Experience Improvement Program data from being sent to Microsoft, (Error 80004005). Thanks Martin Tuesday, July 25, 2006 9:53 PM Reply | Quote Answers 5 Sign in to vote I have seen thatrunning setup /prepareDomain can fix this problem in some instances. Otherwise you might want to post your setup logs from /preparedomain to this thread since that might highlight the problem. It is running on a Windows Server 2003 Std with Service Pack 2. It is running the 4/3/07 release of the BackupExec Exchange unable to mount Agent. Since installation of the agent we are consistently getting Volume Shadow Copy Service errors that cause the backups to fail.We have been through all the Veritas support documents, all of which indicate the fix is to patch Windows 2003 with specific KB items. In researching this, we have determined that all of the Veritas-recommended patches are in fact included in Service Pack 2, which we have already installed. Our observations are that when we query the writers immediately after an Exchange server reboot they are all in Stable state. The backup which runs immediately after that runs without exception. However the next day the writers are in the state [5] "Waiting for Completion" with no error reported. When the next nightly backup runs it fails with the V-79-57344-34110 error, which is a failure querying the writer status. We also get the following four errors reported in rapid succession in the application log on the exchange server. We've been on Microsofts website, but they don't have any further description or help on these errors:[1st Error]Event Type: ErrorEvent Source: MSExchangeISEvent Category: GeneralEvent ID: 9840Date: 5/1/2007Time: 11:45:54 PMUser: N/AComputer: DPEX01Description:An attempt to prepare the storage group 'Dana Point' for backup failed because the storage group is already in
