Found from another site to disable the Ram Disk and it worked for me. In the GUI web interface go to Settings / Configure Device / System Setup and there is a drop down menu to toggle off the Ram Disk. For some reason when I attempted to print 2 copies of a 20 page document on a windows 7 machine it worked (the errors are consistent on the windows xp machine, but it hasn't been restarted since troubleshooting). I did notice that some of the other print jobs that were unsuccessful were duplex jobs. Is there any solution to this problem? Update: Alright. Here's another thing to note. I turned back on the mopier, hard disk, and ram disk. It works like it shoud in windows 7, duplex and all. I will go to the windows xp machine and check the print driver that is being used. The windows 7 machine is using the PCL 5 Update 2: Problem solved. Just performed a firmware upgrade and used the PCL 6 driver. Update 3: Problem solved.
