Cause JIRA Gadgets use the extensible REST Plugin Module framework, which provides access to resources via URI paths. The JIRA self-generated outgoing URL fails to access the requested spec XML. This failure can be caused by different reasons: A loop-back bug of JIRA 4.0. I believe that if the Gadget with the error is removed from the Dashboard by Configuring the Default Dashboard or any other Dashboard that has the Gadget, then the error will disappear. The error depends on the Gadget. The gadget is displaying the error so by removing it there shouldn't be an error message. If you are having problems removing the gadget, please open a support request at support.atlassian.comso we can investigate further. Best regards,Mauro CommentAlexey LitvishkoApr 27, 2014Thank you, Mauro. We hope atlassian team can resolve this issue a soon as possible )Ivar SønstabøApr 28, 2014Can this be linked to the same issue here: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/287832/after-an-upgrade-to-jira-6-2-3-jira-agile-6-3-12-agile-gadgets-are-no-longer-available-on-the-dashboard. At least the error message and all seems very much the same. Just for OnDemand instead of local installation.Alexey LitvishkoApr 28, 2014Ivar, I saw this ticket. Unfortunately for Jira OnDemand version I can't execute a SQL query for database.Ivar SønstabøApr 28, 2014I know Alexey, it was more information to Mauro :) But I assume that, if the problem is the same, there are quite some versions registered in the Ondemand database. So it might be a bit more difficult to execute the same SQL there (again, assuming the problem have the same cause :))CommentAdd your comment...210Colin WhootenApr 28, 2014same here.
