message only when you send an email, it indicates one of the following: That there is a problem with your computer's email settings. That the connection between your computer and your Internet service provider was broken

Your Norton product includes Email Protection. Email Protection is an extra layer of protection that scans the incoming and the outgoing email. To do this job, Email Protection is placed between your email program and the ISP. Spam emails are not filtered to Norton AntiSpam folder in Microsoft Outlook with my Norton product installed To fix this problem, disable and enable the Norton AntiSpam client integration. Under Detailed Settings, click AntiSpam. On the Client Integration tab, under Email Clients, click on the slider next to Outlook to turn it Off. Click Apply, unable to and then click Close. Exit all the programs, and then restart the computer. STEP2 Enable AntiSpam Client Integration Start your Norton product. Click Settings. Under Detailed Settings, click AntiSpam.
