Since some packages require NuGet 3.x client, I've configured the new scriptable build to use a custom NuGet location where I've placed the executable of NuGet Command-Line 3.x beta. Whenever I run a http://stackoverflow.com/questions/32434300/unable-to-find-version-during-tfs-build-2015-when-restoring-nuget-packages build, all packages can't be restored and NuGet throws the "Unable to find version..." error: Unable to find version '1.1.10' of package 'Microsoft.Bcl'. But it is distressing to automation that unable to find will frequently fail because of this. Why is nuget failing to find the package on nuget.org? AArnott commented Sep 24, 2015 never mind. apparently this particular package version comes from myget.org. So I'll take it up with them.
