You do not have sufficient access to your computer to connect to the selected printer. In the error message, the error code 0x000006be implies failure of remote procedure call. Cause of the Error This error occurs when you try to connect to a Hewlett-Packard (HP) printer and the HP inter driver uses an HPBmini.dll file (HP Mini Installer) unable to install of a version that is earlier than version 1.0.0.13. Resolution Method To resolve this error, obtain a new version of the HP printer driver that is compatible with the Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 computer from the HP Web site and install it on your system. Before performing the installation, you must ensure that the version of the HPBmini.dll file in the new driver is of 1.0.0.16, 1.0.0.18, or a later version. To ensure this, you will have to extract the driver to a temporary folder, and then verify the version of the HPBmini.dll file. Out of date drivers are a major cause of errors on a Windows system. To prevent expired drivers from corrupting your system's registry, you may repair and clean your registry through the use of a registry cleaner tool, such as RegServe, which will scan and remove expired driver registry entries.
