However, even after recreating the lists this error is still displayed. Reason: The suggested names list is not related to your address book Solution: When you unexpected error start to type in the name of the distribution list in the T0: box and it pops up in the list of names press the delete key to delete the suggested name as this is still the an unexpected error old list which does not work. Type in the full name of the list and click the CHECK NAMES key to make Outlook search your Address Book.
