Click on Preferences Click on "Reset to Default" in the Popup (Reset Confirmation) check mark "I also want to revert my AV signatures back to Default... Click Ok now reboot computer.. After Zone Alarm is up and running try to update AV, it may take a few minutes to complete the first update of AV.. At the anti-virus update error end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish. If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version. Once the program has loaded, select Perform quick scan, then click Scan.
