Take a look at section 2.1.4 in the manual. also section 2.1 would be good reading. What happens is, bad bios checksum apears when a start the computer. I repair it with the floppy as asked. it restarts the computer and the problem is solved. I can work with the computer, can turn on and off no problem. But if i start the computer the next day my problem is back. bad bios checksum. I have already replaced the battery and cleared cmos. Didn't solve the problem. tried other bios version. Still the same problem.
