You need http://stackoverflow.com/questions/10817133/php-fatal-error-call-to-undefined-function-when-function-is-defined to show how and where you create the funtion if you want a better answer. –Repox May 30 '12 at 13:19 6 you have no warnings of file not found? Try require instead of include to confirm that file is included. –Akshat Goel May 30 '12 at 13:20 add this error_reporting(E_ALL); to the top of the script to check if you get an E_WARNING –user1202495 May 30 '12 at 13:31 You might also want to echo some output inside your included file, to make sure that you're including the file you think you're including. Try: $dAmn = new dAmnPHP; $dAmn->getCookie($username, $password); I've not used dAmn before, so I can't be sure, but I pulled my info from here: https://github.com/DeathShadow/Contra/blob/master/core/dAmnPHP.php share|improve this answer answered May 30 '12 at 13:38 Maythe 396111 Thank you! I created the .module and .info files under sites/all/modules/custom/my_custom_module/ The .module file contains a function called my_custom_module_function() Then, I enabled the module under http://www.mysite.com/admin/modules and created a script file in scripts directory. The script code is: /** * Root directory of Drupal installation. **/ define( 'DRUPAL_ROOT', getcwd() ); include_once DRUPAL_ROOT . '/includes/bootstrap.inc'; drupal_bootstrap(DRUPAL_BOOTSTRAP_FULL); my_custom_module_function(); but when I execute it with: cd /home/webmaster/htdocs && /usr/bin/php scripts/my_custom_module.php I get the following error: PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function my_custom_module_function() in /home/webmaster/htdocs/scripts/my_custom_module.php on line 12 It seems that the module was not loaded, so the function is not known.
