You should also ensure that the libmysql.dll assembly is installed and can be found in your PATH variable. If you need to find it again, it can be found in the MySQL5.X zip distribution in lib\opt share|improve this answer answered Dec 23 '09 at 8:57 jamiei 1,27121523 thanks for reply mate but didnt worked for me i got this error unable to find procedure getSQLDriverMYSQL50 –learn Dec 23 '09 at 10:19 Hi learn, This sounds like a new problem specific to the Open-source drivers. You'll get much better answers if you begin a new question to address this new problem. –jamiei Dec 23 '09 at 12:07 add a comment| up vote 1 down vote Try to put libmysql.dll to your lib path. If this doesn't help, than get another version of libmysql.dll file. share|improve this answer answered Dec 23 '09 at 8:54 Yurish 75811941 Note that the same goes for other libraries that libmysql may depend on (e.g. zlib or some encryption lib) –Marco van de Voort Dec 23 '09 at 9:41 add a comment| up vote 0 down vote Delphi 7 is shipped with mysql 3.x drivers. Hope this helps. I have worked on this couple of years ago Abhishek 0 Message Author Comment by:Dmon4432013-02-09 Same error, I'm changing the path on Vendorlib in Delphi, tried with both libmysql.dll files both with same error.
