I have a CSG 2.0 server in a DMZ and a STA/MSAM server, a RSA/ACE server and a XP FR3 server in a secure network. I have issued a certificate to the CSG server using the FQDN and installed the appropriate root certificate to the test client browsers. Make sure that the machine has a FQDN defined. You may need to edit the DNS settings under TCP/IP properties. 2. Make https://www.iana.org/assignments/service-names-port-numbers/service-names-port-numbers.txt sure that the certificate you requested for the gateway has the FQDN entered in it. On the client: 1. Since you can't ping the gateway from the client, either cannot load get the FQDN in your DNS or add an entry to your local "hosts" file. 2. Make sure it has the root certificate installed (if you're using your own cert. server like Microsoft) On the NFuse server: 1. Run the NFuse CSG extension (Start->Program Files->Citrix->NFuse Extensions (or something like that)) and verify that you entered the FQDN cannot load the properly for the gateway. Don't use an IP address or host name alone. Hope this helps.
