The instructions that work are: Turn off; hold RESUME (red triangle in a circle); Press and hold POWER (ON/OFF); release RESUME; still holding POWER double click RESUME; release POWER; printer starts up - wait until the display shows "IDLE"; click RESUME 4 times; click POWER to confirm and then press again to power off.
