We may need to exchange the cable card. Please let me know if this helps. Those 161-xx error codes are very cryptic, and I've never found anyone at Comcast who has even heard of them. I got a cablecard from my local office. But every time I try to insert it into the TiVo the TiVo pops up an error code 161-1 and tells me to call my cable provider. The comcast phone rep was not familiar with and all that he could suggest was to go get a new card from the local office, or schedule an appointment. Has anyone run into this error before? I've heard that not too many comcast employees are familiar with cablecards and I'm wo
