I can manually tune any given channel, but cable card error 161-1 it takes 10-60 seconds to appear (like it's doing a real-time validation of the channel), then will play fine for a while, then the 161-52 error screen appears. So it's "partially" paired, like it's validated as a legal cable card, but has not (or cannot) downloaded the entire authorized channel map.Please go ahead and open a ticket with the local (Dubuque, IA) office, and if that means sched a tech appt, then do so. I don't think there is anything a tech coming to my house will accomplish if they don't have the base issue solved first, but if that's what it takes to get attention, then so be it. Please call https://forums.mediacomcable.com/index.php?topic=30337.20 your cable operator and report error code 161-52 to have this problem resolved." I can get the Clear-QAM channels just fine (including the "local broadcast" HD channels), but none of the premium channels. If I pop the CableCard and then plug it back in, everything seems to work OK for about a minute, then the screen goes black and I get that error message again.Coincidentally, I had initiated a thread on this board (on https://forums.mediacomcable.com/index.php?topic=30337.0 the 'Billing Support' forum) last night asking about cable modem fees on my bill (I own my own modem), which "MediacomCraig" addressed and said he fixed, but now I'm wondering if in fixing that problem caused the CableCard to become disabled.Could someone look into this please? It looks like this particular card lost its pairing information in our system which would have definitely cause errors across many channels. I've wiped all old information and have paired this card up with the date you provided. I've just sent across a new set of initialization signals, but these can take up to 20 minutes or so to work their way through the system. Keep me posted and let me know if this helps!
