It's a known problem and occurs with certain versions of Adobe and Excel. If that makes the error go away download and install the latest Adobe Patches for your version. Hope that helps. With that solved, is there any way to repair Visual Basic, which won't come up under tools; macros; visual basic? First if you want to utilize the WinFax commands then you can obtain an updated Wfword2K.dot file from here: http://service2.symantec.com/SUPPORT/faxprod.nsf/docid/2001091914422504 The initial problem is due to a conflict between Norton and WinFax and an option Norton has called the Office Plug-in.
