If possible go to menu Tools -> Add-Ins and check there which add-ins you use. If it's something custom built then you need to ask your BO administrator about it._________________BO: BI 4.0, 4.1 | XI 3, 3.1 | XI r2 | 6.x | 5.x DB: Oracle, MS SQL Server, DB2, Teradata, Netezza HW: Win, Linux and AIX servers www.perpendulum.com Latest Blog Posts• 2013-07-16 Number of reports in a WebI document• 2013-04-01 Optional prompts in a universe• 2012-06-08 Calendar table script for Oracle Back to top doraSenior MemberJoined: 09 Apr 2008Posts: 72 Posted: Mon Sep 15, 2008 10:03 amPost subject: Re: Compile error in hidden module: ModuleUtilitaire Yes, Marek This is definely looks like a add-in issue. But we are not using any custom add-ins. The add-ins available on our computers (WebConnect.rea and OlapConnect.rea) are supplied by BO. The starange thing is if I remove the registry entry for add-ins also gettign the same error and the add-in option on reporter is not disabling. Any ideas? - Dora. Do you still have the same error?_________________BO: BI 4.0, 4.1 | XI 3, 3.1 | XI r2 | 6.x | 5.x DB: Oracle, MS SQL Server, DB2, Teradata, Netezza HW: Win, Linux and AIX servers www.perpendulum.com Latest Blog Posts• 2013-07-16 Number of report

Try checking this: In Outlook, click Tools, Macro, Visual Basic Editor. A new window should open up. On the left hand side you may see Project1. If there is a plus sign to the left of this, click it. Beneath Project1 you should see Microsoft Office Outlook Objects. If there is a plus sign to the left of this, click it. Beneath that, you should see ThisOutlookSession. Double click that. On the right side, you may now see some text. Look for Private Sub Application_NewMail(). If it exists, then this is what is trying to run when you start a new message.
