You probably installed some software that updated some .dll that Access shares. Search for missing references for lots of posts on the topic and suggested fixes. When I run the same report from other ACCESS2010 and ACCESS2003 installations, there is no error. I repaired the office 2010 on that user's PC to no avail. Earlier today there was an another error so I removed a broken link in references. After removing a broken reference, now I see this error.
