Hello Forum, I work for a very large corporation. Today morning when I logged into my computer it asked for a reboot because of recent auto-update. This is a normal routine every month for corporate-wide Microsoft patches. Long story short - for the first time, after rebooting, all my MS Access 2000 queries that have any function in it, stopped working. I tried to create simple queries there was an with function (e.g. select trim(FieldName) from TableA) to test, but with no luck. The error I get is: Compile Error. in query expression 'trim(FieldName)'. Somebody told that I was missing few links to some library references. I didn't know which ones so I reinstalled MS Access 2000 thinking it should resolve the problem. But again with no luck. Can someone help please... When I run the same report from other ACCESS2010 and ACCESS2003 installations, there is no error. I repaired the office 2010 on that user's PC to no avail. Earlier today there was an another error so I removed a broken link in references. After removing a broken reference, now I see this error.
