One in the MS Office installation directory - something like C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12 - and the other in your C:\Documents and Settings\*username*\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel directory. The latter is usually a hidden directory so you may need to go into Windows Explorer, and select Tools-Folder Options and on the View tab, click the Show hidden files and folders option. You can also locate the xla via a search as long as you select the option to include hidden files and folders.
