Quickbooks Network Connection Error
(Mac version). CU - DirectI entered the correct credentials for my bank (I verified them over the phone with the bank), but when it tried to connect with the bank, I received an error message "Connection Error 500".The bank has no idea what the problem is, they have many employees who use this same feature with success.Any suggestions as to what I should try next? We will continue with the information we retreived Until two months ago, I was able to download transactions from my bank. Problem occurs when a user is in the following scenario: User of our app is connected to one of the quickbooks company account by going through the authorize process and clicking on "Connect to quickbooks" button. User connection error 500 signs out of his quickbooks company account. User clicks on "Reconnect to QuickBooks" within bluDotMenu of quickbooks - a new popup opens which shows following message: The application does not exist or was deleted. Again User clicks on the "Connect to quickbooks" button, the quickbooks page shows 500 error with following message: 500 - Internal server error.
