Article ID: 23328 Introduction: CDMA devices require the cellular account to beprovisioned to the AirCard. If the account is not provisionedcorrectlyby the service provider, then the AirCard will not authenticate (connect) to the network. Symptoms: Registration error when attempting to connect Resolution: Your mobile https://community.sprint.com/baw/message/536130 device should display the following: "Registration failure. Your username and/or password may be incorrect. Please try again. If this problem persists, you may need to contact 'carrier name'." This is a mobile node (cell phone, data card, mobile hotspot, etc.) failed authentication error. This means thatyour mobiledevice failed to register with the PDSN (Packet Data http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/23328/~/why-do-i-receive-error-code-67-when-trying-to-connect-to-my-carriers-network%3F Serving Node) which is a componentof your carrier's network. There can be quite a few reasons why this can happen, but after taking a look at connection error your account, I'm thinking your case might be due to coverage. Now that is merely a guess, but if you take a look at http://ting.com/coverage and enter the ZIP we have for you, you'll see that you're just outside the coverage area. If that's the case, then you'll find you're not able to use the device in that location, but can anywhere within the Sprint service connection error 67 area. If that doesn't seem like the explanation to you and you think there may be something else going on, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to help. As I mentioned above, it's an error that comes up when a phone is trying to access cellular data but can't. Common causes could be that you've turned cell data off for that phone in your Ting dashboard, that you're on Wi-Fi, or that you're out of the service area.
