Hi guys, The subject says it all. After I updated to 5.4.0.0. vuze connection error no data received from tracker none of my dl is working anymore. All of them are showing the same issue: "Connection error (Network not enabled for url 'blah')", where "blah" is the URL of the individual tracker (e.g. udp://open.demonii.com:1337). I did not change any of

my configurations, it is not a firewall issue, since I already tried to deactivate it and my router ain't the problem either. Anyone came across that as well? Any ideas? Don't want to change any perimeters here as yet as there must be a software issue here. Any ideas?

It sounds as if somehow the 'Public' network has become disabled in your Vuze. The default enabled networks can be amended via Tools->Options->Connection - look towards the bottom (you may need to set your Mode to intermediate/advanced in the Mode section) Existing torrents will need fixing by right-clicking on them (multi-select if required) and selecting the Advanced->Networks menu option Find darkeyce Fresh Torrenter Posts: 1 Threads: 0 Joined: Aug 2014 Reputation: 0 #4 08-18-2014, 10:57 PM (This post was last modified: 08-19-2014, 06:27 AM by darkeyce.) I'm seeing the same behavior. This has nothing to do with Public networks. I've never used them and since the 5.4.0.0 update i have the offline - connection error(network not enabled). Is there a way to rollback to the previous version? Update: I installed 5.3.0.0 over the 5.4.0.0 version. Problem still exists however, i was able to get torrents to process by added public networks. In 5.4 adding public networks did not resolve the network not enabled issue. So i have no solid direction on whats broken. :( Find joos Fresh Torrenter Posts: 2 Threads: 0 Joined: Aug 2014 Reputation: 0 #5 08-18-2014, 11:57 PM I am having the same issue, but is only affecting some torrents. Find Jomicro Fresh Torrenter Posts: 1 Threads: 0 Joined: Aug 2014 Reputation: 0 #5 08-20-2014, 12:00 AM I also had a problem today with none of the torrents working and it was also affecting my Star Wars The Old Republic client from patching, yet my web brower and sites like netflix worked fine. The fix, I think, turned out to be uninstalling File Type Advisor which had found it's way onto my computer via a free program to convert my book from a .doc file to a Kindle friendly format. So maybe check your installed programs and see if there's been something installed lately that might be interfering. And we've reached the end of my technical knowledge. I'm just so happy and relieved the digital river is flowing again. Good luck to anyone else still having connection problems. I have looked quite awhile to find out whats causing this error on everything I try to download. When I open Vuze, my user nnumbers are close to 0 and after 10 minutes or so it builds the user connection error numbers up to several hundred. Any file I try to download give me a Connection Error "PRUDPPpacket handler exception unresolved host tracker.openbittorrent.com" This has been going on ever since I updated Vuze to 5.50. Thoughts??
